Funeral videos are becoming increasingly popular. During these unprecedented times, it’s likely that many of your intended guests can’t attend a funeral service. However, providing a video of the funeral – or a live stream – ensures everyone has the opportunity to say goodbye.
I am an experienced live event video producer – I’ve shot funerals (examples available upon request) and many weddings. I’m polite, discreet and friendly.
I am based in Newcastle, and offer my funeral video services across the North East and beyond.
Funeral video coverage
I will video the service from start to finish. This usually involves editing between two cameras – one ‘wide angle’ lens to capture the full view of the service, and a second camera covering speakers at the lectern. I can include family photos in the edit.
Funeral live streaming
This approach enables an unlimited number of guests to watch a funeral in real time from pretty much any location, including a church, crematorium or graveside.
A single camera with a wide angle lens captures the service. A microphone is placed on the lectern to capture everything that’s said. I use pro-grade equipment – no iPads etc.
The process for your guests is simple: they are provided with a private YouTube link, which enables them to view the service in real time.
A tribute video is a short film which includes photos and video of your loved one, perhaps set to their favourite music. It can also include video messages from friends and family. Tribute videos can be played at a funeral service, emailed to loved ones or kept for future viewing.
My funeral videography services start from £349, but vary depending on your exact requirements and number of locations. Please get in touch to talk things over.
